Mr. Mariappan is a father of 3 children and a polio victim.   His 2 daughter are being looked by a nearby convent,  he cannot walk.   He has got a      wooden trolley,  fitted with castors, tied by a rope, which will be pulled by his wife whenever he need to move from place to place.

He needs a small piece of land to make a hut of his own, so that, he can stay with his children when they will be out from convent after completion of their High School education.  Of course he needs to be supported for his food and clothing also.
