Mr. Varghese is a Polio victim.  He has no father.  There is a sister who is mentally handicapped.   From local Govt. Dept., he has got  one wheel chair.  Mr. Varghese moves from place to place and get alms from passers by to meet his daily needs.

He needs support to do some small business/trading as his upper body  is O.K.
