Mr. Murali. 39 years is orthopaedically handicapped.  His mother is a widow and now aged 69 years , unable to work.  He has no father.

Mr. Murali cannot walk, cannot speak, cannot hear, cannot see.

He has to be looked after as a small child.  No earning.  They have a small piece of land but no hut.  Mr. Murali and his mother is staying now with a         relative. They need financial help for food and medical care.
